Palash Chhipani
Co-Founder
An amalgamation of analytical expertise and tact, Palash is the driving force behind the techno-managerial aspects of Grow and Turn. Hailing from a business family which has made quite a name locally, he was groomed to be a part of the same. A global citizen and dreamer to the core, he passed the baton of the family business to his siblings while juggling his time between academics, learning the basics of business and extending the same to the younger members of his kin. Being a challenge lover that he is, he took up the adversity of COVID-19 as an opportunity, using his MBA experience of marketing and brand management to come up with something which would mitigate the economic crisis of COVID-19 and help individuals and organizations go digital- Grow and Turn!
Chahat Jain

An ace of all trades and a master of few, Chahat is the extroverted strategist behind Grow and Turn’s successful projects and rapidly growing clientele. With an experience spanning across event management, customer relationship management and business development, she has picked up the best of all worlds and brought them together in Grow and Turn. An avid reader and a quick learner, her informed decisions and thorough market research insights have often helped the clients move in the right direction towards a stronger digital presence in the times when being “digitally available” is the right foot forward for businesses. A guest lecturer at PIMR Indore, she shares her approach and knowledge of conducting sound market research and building innovative marketing strategies.
